Villa Fontes 7 - Stone house

          Our Villa Fontes 7 is a stone-built house with typical Madeiran architecture, offering on the ground floor, a kitchen with wood-burning stove, but also equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, fridge, electric hob, microwave and coffee machine. A terrace with a barbecue outside, where you can enjoy the possibility of preparing your own barbecues. On the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony. The second and top floor offers a large bedroom with a queen bed, with access to an outside balcony and a bathroom. To top it all off, the car park in front of the house is available and easily accessible, for your comfort after a day of discovering our region.      

          As part of the greenest region of our island, the north of Madeira, with a predominant view of the surrounding mountains but also with sea views, in a quiet region, with the possibility of hiking nearby, you can feel in complete harmony with the natural beauty of our island. To better explore and get to know the region, we recommend that you consider having a car available during your trip. With easy access to the communication routes of our region, Villa Fontes is located in the north centre of Madeira, which is ideal for visiting the different regions, 5 minutes (2.8Km) from the expressway, 8 minutes (3.8Km) from the Ponta Delgada beach complex, which is open between the 1st of June and the 30th of September from 10a. m to 7p.m., 20 minutes (17Km) from Porto do Seixal beach or 30 minutes (24Km) from the natural pools of Porto Moniz and the capital of Madeira, Funchal, 45 minutes (42Km) away. You'll find the nearest grocery store 2 minutes away (1 km) and a viewpoint overlooking the north-west coast 600 metres away, the Lombada viewpoint.

          This house is ideal for a family holiday, in contact with nature, relaxing and enjoying the calm to regain energy.

          You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your check-in, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. This cancellation policy applies to reservations made through our website.

          Transport between the airport and Villa Fontes on request (extra cost).

          We strongly recommend that you hire a car to better explore the island.

By booking with us you are reserving an entire house for your private use. The house is equipped with all the utensils and equipment to prepare your own meals. Each house includes a private car park. Car access inside the property is shared.

Please note that there are security cameras inside the property, specifically outside the house : at the private driveway; in the car park; in the garden; and a camera directed at the access to the house.
